Support & Communications
You can contact Azunga Marketing LLC 24-7 using our contact form, email, phone, or text message. We do our best to respond to all requests within 48 hours. Priority phone support, training & consultation are available at our current hourly rate but must be scheduled in advance.
Azunga Marketing LLC is available most weeks Monday-Friday. Requests received on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday. Azunga Marketing LLC has a schedule of holiday and vacation days where we are closed available on request. We do our best to alert our clients of multiple weekday closings in advance and will often have an associate available for your needs during long closings.
How Project Requests are Processed
All requested projects are processed in the order they are received. Due to the varying scope of requests, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Please contact us for a delivery date if one is needed.
We understand occasionally you may need Urgent Service. Urgent Service is available at 1.5 times our normal hourly rate and depends on our availability.
Invoicing and Payments
We invoice for the project as soon as it’s completed or at the agreed upon times of invoicing. All invoices are due on the date listed on the invoice. If payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice due date a 10% late-fee will be added. After 45 days all services (including hosting and email services) with Azunga Marketing, LLC will be suspended until the invoice is completely paid or other arrangements are made.
Search Engine Placement
We never guarantee placement in any search engines. We follow the best, known practices for search engine optimization but since Azunga Marketing LLC does not own or operate major search engines we can’t guarantee placement, rankings, or inclusion.
Azunga Marketing, LLC does it’s best to help reduce and try to eliminate as many possible threats, hacking take overs, hacking attempts, and more but we cannot guarantee any security for any web site, online portfolio, or any other type of service.
Updates and Backups
We do our best to make sure that all projects are as up to date as possible when we launch a project or service. Unless otherwise contracted to do so, Azunga Marketing, LLC takes no responsibility for regularly updating and backing any client projects or web sites. It is the client responsibility to update and backup any files, databases, projects, or services themselves, contract Azunga Marketing LLC to do so, or hire another third party service to do so.
Azunga Marketing LLC’s web hosting services are stored off site with third party hosting providers. We don’t guarantee uptime, security, patches, or protection from loss of data.
Hosting with Azunga continues until it is cancelled in writing or 120 days after the service is suspended.
